Company Description

Property Fusion is a property management company based in Hove, specialising in managing apartment blocks throughout England. We pride ourselves on delivering personalised, bespoke services that prioritise the unique needs of landlords and tenants. By fostering transparent communication and collaboration with freeholders, residents’ associations, and professionals such as architects, builders, and solicitors, we ensure efficient and high-standard management of properties. Our team conducts regular inspections, responds promptly to queries, and is committed to maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Block Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Hove. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to leaseholders, freeholders, and clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing property maintenance
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Reviewing budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations

You will act as a key point of contact to support the efficient operation of managed properties.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in property management, including handling maintenance issues, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Organisational and administrative abilities to manage records, documentation, and schedules effectively.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address client and tenant concerns promptly.
  • Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
  • Possession of a valid UK driving license and the ability to travel locally when required.
