Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Block Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Hove. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to leaseholders, freeholders, and clients. Responsibilities include:

- Organising inspections
- Overseeing property maintenance
- Liaising with contractors
- Reviewing budgets
- Ensuring compliance with regulations
- Ensuring high-quality management practices
You will act as a key point of contact to support the efficient operation of managed properties.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in property management, including handling maintenance issues, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Organisational and administrative abilities to manage records, documentation, and schedules effectively.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address client and tenant concerns promptly.
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- Possession of a valid UK driving license and the ability to travel locally when required.
