As an Assistant Bodyshop Manager, you will play an integral part in supporting the Bodyshop Manager in the efficient running of the workshop, job carding of vehicles, and organisation of parts.

Responsibilities
- Discuss with customers what repairs are intended, set their expectations correctly, and advise ECD. Listen to their requirements and concerns.
- Ensure workshop documentation is accurate and comprehensive.
- Work in partnership with central functions to ensure a strong understanding of processes.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in a team lead, supervisor (sup), or parts-focused role, ideally within the automotive industry.
- A proactive individual eager to get things right first time.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and teamworking skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing demands.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for process.
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems and databases quickly.
- Technical skills, knowledge, and experience of body and paint repair in the retail motor industry (not essential but preferred).
