Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager
Location: Winterbourne, Bristol, BS36 1EJ
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (7am-4:30pm)
- Alternate Saturday Mornings (8-12)

What’s it like to be an Assistant Branch Manager?
As the Assistant Branch Manager at Travis Perkins, you’ll support the day-to-day of branch life, leading your colleagues to achieve excellence in everything they do.
- Strong sales presence: Drive daily sales activity and achieve targets to boost the profitability of your branch.
- Branch management: Drive standards across the branch and create fantastic customer relationships at every opportunity.
- People leadership: Confidently motivate and coach your colleagues to achieve their high potential.
- Branch operations: Ensure the branch operations run smoothly and efficiently, including fleet management, tool hire department, and integrated Benchmarx showroom.
