Location: Knutsford


Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM Alternate Saturday mornings: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

The Role: Assistant Branch Manager

As a Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll be a vital part of our branch leadership team. Your role blends sales expertise, people management, and operational responsibility to drive success and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Profitability:

    • Drive daily sales activity to meet targets, boosting branch profitability.
    • Maintain a strong frontline presence to engage customers and convert sales.
  • Customer Experience:

    • Steer the branch towards industry-leading customer service standards.
    • Build and cultivate long-lasting customer relationships.

The Requirements

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Strong sales experience (preferably in a customer-centric industry).
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams to achieve targets.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Exceptional people skills, including relationship-building and negotiation.
  • Dedication to adhering to a non-negotiable safety culture.
  • Passion for outstanding customer service, upheld at all times.
  • Energetic team player with goal-focused mindset.

While industry experience is beneficial, transferable skills from other customer-facing roles are equally valuable.
