Assistant Branch Manager - Howden Consumer & Local Commercial Team

About the Role

We’re seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join our Consumer & Local Commercial team—a thriving environment to shape your management career. You will support the day-to-day operations of the branch while playing a pivotal role in team development, mentoring colleagues, and unlocking their potential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development: Act as a hands-on leader and mentor, empowering your team to excel and grow. Foster a collaborative culture where results are delivered together.
  • Client-Centric Service: Drive exceptional service to sustain our existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities with enthusiasm and resilience.

  • Commercial Excellence: Leverage data-driven insights to analyse performance, inform decisions, and maintain rigorous oversight.
