- Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
- Alternate Saturday mornings: 8:00am – 12:00pm

About the Role
As the Assistant Branch Manager at Travis Perkins, you’ll drive excellence in sales performance, team leadership, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Excellence – Drive daily sales activity and achievement of targets to boost branch profitability.
- Customer-Centric Leadership – Champion customer relationships and uphold the highest service standards.
- Team Development – Empower colleagues through motivational coaching, helping them achieve their potential.
- Operational Stewardship – Ensure smooth performance of branch operations, including:
- Vehicle fleet management
- Tool hire department
- Integrated Benchmark+ showroom

- Relevant industry experience is preferred, but candidates from customer-centric sales backgrounds are welcome.
