Overview
Central Vehicle Rentals Ltd, is a family owned well established car and vehicle hire company, based in Stirling, who pride ourselves on the quality of our staff, customer service and fleet.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Branch Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Being a relatively small business you will also find yourself involved in wide and varied areas of our business. Every day is different! Pay rate will be dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
- Match customers with our available fleet and administer the booking process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Drive initiatives that promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a vehicle hire role is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Previous experience in the vehicle hire industry would be an advantage.
