Assistant Branch Manager

As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and play a key role supporting the branch manager to drive success in our branch operations. As an Assistant Manager, you will be at the heart of our customer-focused approach, ensuring exceptional service and contributing to the success of our new branch. Perks: Staff discounts, exclusive holiday offers and free financial support and education Job Description You will support the Business Manager to hit sales, service and operational targets while leading by example to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships. Overseeing daily branch operations, you’ll ensure compliance with company policies and maintain the highest health and safety standards. You’ll be a motivating coach and mentor, developing your team to reach their full potential, and act as the go-to escalation point for customer or operational issues, resolving them quickly and decisively. When the Business Manager is away, you’ll confidently step in, making key decisions to keep the branch running smoothly.
