About the Role
As Assistant Branch Manager at BBS Kings Cross, you’ll take on a key leadership role supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch, enabling the team to deliver excellence in everything they do.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales activity to meet targets, boosting branch profitability.
- Lead standards across the branch, fostering strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide confident people leadership, including motivation and coaching, to help colleagues unlock their potential.
- Ensure smooth, efficient branch operations—including a professional fleet of vehicles.
This is a business-critical role at the heart of the branch, making it the ideal springboard for future progression into more senior management positions.
About You
This role is for highly motivated leaders who are:
- Proven sales leaders with a strong track record of motivating and developing teams.
- People-focused and passionate about building strong relationships and closing deals.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise competing demands efficiently.
- Committed to a zero-tolerance safety culture, ensuring the wellbeing of both your team and your customers.
- Ready to drive strong customer service standards, upholding the highest levels of professionalism.
