Salary: £38,000 - £43,500 depending on experience, plus annual bonus, and benefits listed below

The Role
Following an internal promotion, we’re excited to bring an Assistant Brand Manager role to market. Reporting into a Senior Brand Manager, your role will be to support the brand marketing team in delivery of our most exciting and impactful plans to date. You’ll also fully own key projects and support strategic development for our brands from 2026 onwards.
Responsibilities of the role include, but aren’t limited to:
- Leading development and delivery of exciting activation projects across all routes to market
- Supporting the brand team in delivering impactful ABTL campaigns
- Creative development – as a brand guardian with the consumer at the heart of what we do, ensuring creative execution is impactful and fit-for-purpose
- Multi-million-pound budget management and tracking
- Brand performance analysis and tracking
- Stakeholder management across the wider department, business, and partner agencies
- Ownership of key brand channels like social platforms alongside our internal social and media buying teams

The Candidate
We are looking for someone to lead activation efforts in both On and Off Trade, through dynamic experiential campaigns, sampling, and design. The ideal candidate should be passionate about brands and advocate for the consumer's perspective, while also demonstrating a strong eagerness to learn.
Essential:
- A people-person with strong project management skills – the role includes leading multiple projects with varying timelines and a large network of stakeholders
- A passion for brands – we are the voice of the brand for our consumers, a drive for what we do to impact how consumers feel about our brands is key
- A desire to learn – as an entry level role in Brands Marketing in a truly Global business, opportunities to develop within Heineken are endless
- Creative – not afraid to share ideas when planning campaigns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – the role requires management of stakeholders at all levels
- Commercial acumen – good analytical skills and comfortable with numbers
Desirable:
- Marketing experience in FMCG or the alcohol industry
- Experience managing agency partners
Our ways of working
Our office sites operate a hybrid model. You’ll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays and one other day in the office and two days from home, although you’re more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too.
