Description
As Assistant Brand Manager, you'll take ownership of two key brands and become a vital part of the marketing team. Your role will be varied, fast paced, and highly visible, offering exposure across the full marketing mix.

You'll be:
- Analysing market, consumer, and competitor data to uncover growth opportunities
- Monitoring category trends and sharing insights with the wider business
- Supporting the delivery of brand growth, market share, and profitability targets
- Identifying opportunities for innovation and assessing new product launches
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns, shopper marketing activities, and promotional initiatives
- Working with agencies across PR, social media, and media planning
- Developing compelling presentations and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders
- Managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness
- Collaborating with sales, category, finance, supply chain, technical, and international teams to bring plans to life

The successful Assistant Brand Manager will likely have:
- Track record within FMCG marketing, brand marketing, or category marketing
- A strong understanding of the UK retail landscape
- Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with market data
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- A proactive, positive, can do attitude
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with cross functional stakeholders
- A genuine passion for brands, consumers, and food
