This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to ensuring the Company meets its statutory and reporting requirements while maintaining effective financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help develop and deliver integrated marketing plans that support business growth objectives.
  • Build and deliver consumer campaigns, aligned with brand strategy – including above-the-line advertising.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and demonstrate return on investment.
  • Support with brand specific PR output.
  • Managing tactical brand promotions and partnerships -with a focus on off trade - from brief to execution.
  • Support the senior brand manager with the proactive monitor of brand IP and competitor activity
  • Coordinate and manage off trade marketing support, including buyer meetings, in-store activation, sampling, online advertising etc.
  • Support innovative and new direct to consumer sales channels e.g. Amazon.
  • Deliver customer presentations to drive engagement and reach brand aims e.g. further distribution
  • Where necessary, collaborate with the on trade teams to ensure seamless execution of dual-channel campaigns and promotions
  • Supporting liaison between marketing and production/packaging for new product development.
  • Support with consumer-based research of brand awareness and perception.
  • Analyse market, shopper and consumer data (including Kantar, Circana/IRI and EPOS data) to identify opportunities and drive informed decision-making.
  • Measuring brand performance across key metrics e.g. ROS, Val Sales, Vol Sales etc.
  • Monitor brand performance and provide recommendations to maximise growth and profitability.
  • Understanding off trade shopper behaviour and inputting this into activation proposals.
  • Liaise with the comms team to ensure that internal and external brand wins and milestones are celebrated
  • Collaborate across internal teams (primarily across marketing & sales)
  • Work with key customers, advertising/campaign agencies and third-party agencies.
  • Regular analysis and reporting of campaigns, activations, marketing investments etc.
  • Managing budgets

About You

  • Organised and methodical, able to support with the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and activations.
  • Team player with well-developed people and skills listens to others, actively contributes, and shows commitment to building relationships within the team and wider business.
  • Problem solver with personal drive, excellent story-telling skills.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with knowledge of both traditional and digital channels
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Previous experience within FMCG is desirable.
  • Proven experience developing and helping implement marketing and brand plans.
  • A real passion for the drinks industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
