Assistant Brand Manager - Incubator Brands
Assistant Brand Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Assistant Brand Manager to support our GB & International incubation agenda.
Kerry Dairy Ireland has relaunched as Kinisla, marking an exciting new chapter of growth and ambition as we focus on building future-fit dairy brands designed around evolving consumer needs.
As part of this renewed ambition, we are creating an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Brand Manager to support the development of high-potential incubator brands and help unlock new avenues for growth.
Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager – Incubator Brands, you will play a key role in building and scaling our incubator portfolio, with an initial focus on our new start-up brand, Smug Dairy.
This role offers broad exposure across brand strategy, innovation, commercial execution, and marketing activation. You will work cross-functionally to help deliver growth initiatives, support retailer engagement, bring innovation projects to life, and ensure brilliant execution across all consumer touchpoints.
Operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, you will be empowered to take ownership, develop your commercial and marketing capabilities, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of emerging brands.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in our Staines offices (Tuesday & Wednesday) and occasional travel to our partners in London and our sites across Ireland and the UK.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
