Assistant Brand Manager – Procurement & Growth
About the Role
We’re seeking an ambitious and proactive Assistant Brand Manager to support our GB & International incubation agenda.
Kinisla has relaunched from Kerry Dairy Group Ireland, marking a bold new era of growth and innovation. Our mission: to build future-fit dairy brands tailored to evolving consumer needs.
This role will focus on shaping high-potential incubator brands, with an initial concentration on our new smug dairy start-up. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager – Incubator Brands, your work will contribute to scaling our portfolio with sharp commercial decisions, innovation, and activation.
The role combines brand strategy, innovation, commercial execution, and marketing in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners to drive growth and consumer engagement.
Operating as a hybrid role (2 days in-office, Tuesdays & Wednesdays in Staines), you’ll also need to support occasional London visits and site trips across Ireland and the UK.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Brand Development
- Support the Senior Brand Manager in formulating brand strategies and annual plans
- Guide portfolio innovation, including smug dairy and emerging incubator brands
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns, activations, and branding initiatives
- Align creative messaging with trade and consumer objectives
Commercial & Innovation Leadership
- Collaborate with Commercial, R&D, and Supply Chain to implement growth successions
- Lead insights-led sell-ins across retailers, crafting competitive ROI stories
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Monitor competitor/market trends and translate into strategic recommendations
- Track campaign/brand performance, sharing actionable insights with stakeholders
Project & Agency Coordination
- Manage cross-functional cross-projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget
- Maintain relationships with external agencies, overseeing creative/marketing assets

Operational Excellence
- Maintain filing and purchase order admin for marketing expenses
Must-Have Skills
- Marketing, brand, or FMCG experience (essential)
- Exceptional organisation with multi-tasking agility in fast-paced teams
- Analytical mind to drive insights and quantifiable outcomes
- Commercial rigor—acknowledge how brands drive revenue
- Tech-savvy with ease managing general admin, presentations, and data
