Assistant Brand Manager
Assistant Brand Manager (Maidenhead) – Hybrid Permanent Role

Job Purpose
Support the successful execution of new product launches (NPIs) across the EMEA ANZ region by:
- Coordinating cross-functional activities
- Ensuring timely delivery of brand assets
- Maintaining full visibility and control over Tools NPIs
Accountability & Key Objectives
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure all NPIs are tracked, updated, and delivered on time via the NPI tracker, monitoring brand content readiness.
- Support content creation for Power tools and Hand tools, including:
- Beauty shots
- Application shots
- Sell sheets
- Videos
- Emails
- Landing pages
- Secure timely development and delivery of brand and commercial assets.
- Develop playbooks for "market-ready" NPIs, consolidating all brand assets for regional market launches.
- Enable seamless cross-functional collaboration with:
- Product teams
- Commercial teams
- External agencies
- Ensure markets receive clear, timely communication on:
- Launch dates
- Available brand assets
- Asset development timelines
Operational Duties
- Own and maintain the NPI tracker, ensuring:
- Accurate status tracking
- Risk identification
- On-time delivery
- Lead brand asset development across the stage-gate process (e.g., sales sheets, digital content, visuals).
- Collaborate with internal studios and external partners to deliver:
- Beauty shots
- Digital assets
- Board launch toolkits (playbooks) and distribute communication to regional markets.
- Track progress against key milestones, proactively escalate delays, and drive corrective action.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end sample requirements for content production.
- Work closely with product managers to:
- Validate product messaging
- Approve product samples
- Upload product images to the regional Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.

Competencies, Skills & Experience
Technical Skills & Aptitudes
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. ✔ Strong grasp of marketing and brand fundamentals, with experience executing across channels:
- Email marketing
- Landing pages
- Social media ✔ Basic knowledge of digital asset requirements (a plus). ✔ Excellent communication skills, with strong ability to:
- Collaborate cross-functionally
- Work in hybrid role settings ✔ Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with:
- Strong problem-solving & time management
- High organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously ✔ Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and urgency in executing tasks.
Key Experience
✔ Brand management, marketing, or related function preferred. ✔ Experience with:
- Product launches
- Cross-functional project coordination (advantageous). ✔ Strong English verbal/written communication skills (additional languages a plus). ✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
