Founded in 1994, Sports Interactive became a wholly owned subsidiary of SEGA Europe in 2006. Based at Here East (Stratford, East London), our team continues growing as we bring our titles to even more platforms.

Assistant Brand Producer
Team: Marketing Reports to: Brands Project Manager Working Model: Hybrid (2–3 days per week in-studio)
About the Role
The Assistant Brand Producer plays a crucial role in supporting the delivery of brand and marketing projects across the studio. You’ll work closely with creatives, agencies, and internal teams to ensure projects flow smoothly, assets meet high standards, and campaigns launch on time.
This 12-month Fixed-Term Contract role is ideal for an organised, detail-focused individual eager to build a career in brand and marketing project coordination. You’ll be proactive, adaptable, and ready to contribute to cutting-edge creative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Brand Projects Manager and Brand Producer to deliver a variety of brand projects, covering concepts, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support, including research, planning, trafficking, and project organisation.
- Ensure creative assets remain on-brand and are properly catalogued, archived, and tracked.
- Assist with managing incoming creative briefs (content design, video production, copywriting) and supporting related workflows.
- Help schedule projects by tracking timelines, priorities, and team capacity.
- Maintain our project management system (e.g., Wrike), updating timelines, schedules, and progress reports.
- Conduct competitor and industry trend research, sharing insights with the team.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, acts on feedback, and manages expectations.
- Liaise with external agencies, coordinating feedback, asset delivery, and communications as directed.
- Support ukovicing, vendor onboarding, contract processes, and vendor tracking.
- Assist in capturing game footage for marketing use (where applicable).

Requirements
Essential
- 1+ year’s experience supporting brand or marketing projects, ideally in a project coordination/assist role.
- Basic understanding of branding, design, marketing, or advertising workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills, able to multitask efficiently.
- Fast learner with adaptability in a fast-paced, creative team.
- Collaborative mindset, able to build relationships across departments.
Desirable
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Wrike).
- Exposure to agency, design, content, or marketing workflows.
- Passion for video games or football (a bonus but not essential).
