Sports Interactive 🎮 – Studio Overview
We are Sports Interactive, the studio behind Football Manager. Founded in 1994, we became a wholly owned subsidiary of SEGA Europe in 2006. Our team is based at Here East, a technology hub in Stratford, East London, and continues to grow as we expand our presence across gaming platforms.

# Job Title: Assistant Brand Producer
Team: Marketing Reporting Into: Brands Project Manager Working Model: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in Studio)
Position Overview
The Assistant Brand Producer supports the delivery of brand and marketing projects across the studio, ensuring workflows are seamless, creative output is high-quality, and deadlines are met.
This is an exciting entry-to-mid-level role for an enthusiastic, detail-focused, and organised individual eager to build a career in brand project management within a fast-paced, creative environment. Reporting to the Brand Projects Manager and collaborating with the Brand Producer, the role involves coordinating projects across campaigns, assets, and markets.
This position operates on a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC).
Key Responsibilities

Support the Brand Projects Manager and Brand Producer in developing and executing brand projects, including:
- Creative concept development, project planning, briefing, execution, and delivery.
- Coordination of research, traffic management, and project organisation.
- Ensuring on-brand creative assets are properly structured and archived.

Assist in:
- Managing content creation briefs, including video, design, and copy development.
- Tracking project timelines, prioritising work, and managing team capacity.
- Updating project management systems (e.g., Wrike) with timelines, schedules and updates.
- Researching competitor brands and industry trends, sharing insights with stakeholders.

Serve as an intermediary for stakeholder communication, documenting feedback, and tracking follow-ups.

Collaborate with external agencies, facilitating asset delivery, vendor analysis, and contract processes.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential
- 1+ year’s experience in brand or marketing project coordination/support.
- Foundational knowledge of brand, design, marketing, or advertising workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational abilities with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Quick learner in a dynamic team environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-team relationship-building.
Desirable
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Wrike).
- Exposure to agency, design, content, or marketing workflows.
- Interest in gaming/football is advantageous.
