Assistant Building Surveyor - Eltham

Salary: £45,000-£50,000

Ideal Candidate Profile

You must hold:

  • A BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying

And demonstrate relevant experience in:

  • Residential building surveying
  • JCT contract administration

Advanced benefit if you have:

  • Retrofit-related experience (not essential, but valued)

Plus, you should:

  • Be dedicated to professional growth
  • Actively pursue APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) certification
