About Your Role
The Assistant Business Manager is a true brand ambassador, embodying the Charlotte Tilbury values with passion and drive. You’re motivated, target-conscious, and committed to exceeding goals—always prioritising customer experience while fostering a high-performing team.
As an Assistant Business Manager, you will:
Core Responsibilities
- Drive financial performance: Exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with the Business Manager to:
- Set individual and team sales targets
- Align Retail Artists to meet objectives
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, positioning Charlotte Tilbury as a specialty retail brand while showing deep brand passion
- Lead exceptional customer service, setting the standard in a luxury beauty experience
- Coach and develop the team:
- Ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are met in both service and artistry
- Deliver high-qualty feedback to foster growth
- Expand the customer experience:
- Engage with clients beyond in-store visits
- Build the customer database for direct marketing
- Design and implement development plans:
- Conduct regular performance reviews
- Provide two-way coaching and guidance
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture through:
- Regular team meetings
- Recognising and celebrating achievements
- Innovate to drive commercial success by:
- Proposing new events and initiatives to boost sales
- Maintain flawless standards:
- Visual merchandising & counter presentation
- Grooming standards—inspiring excellence in the team
