Team Leader – La Prairie, Selfridges (London)
Are you interested in working for a Swiss luxury brand known for their pioneering cellular anti-aging therapies? Then La Prairie might be the brand for you.
We are looking for a Team Leader for La Prairie, Selfridges, London. In this role, you will act as a true brand ambassador, leading by example to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences while supporting and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results. You will play a key role in driving performance, maintaining the highest service standards, and ensuring the counter reflects the prestige and excellence of the La Prairie brand.
Key Responsibilities
Service Excellence
- Lead by example in all aspects of the La Prairie service by ensuring all personal sales goals are met consistently.
- Support the business with planning in the absence of the Business Manager, ensuring fluid communication and follow-up across the team.
- Skilfully marry the Art of Beauty and selling skills in the beauty room to achieve KPIs, while supporting therapists to execute effectively.
- Work with initiative, identifying and acting on opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of the EPOS System for customer records.
- Ensure full contribution to both internal and external events, promoting excellence with a strong return. Follow through energetically to achieve goals.

Rapport and Communication
- Complete all administration accurately and on time.
- Be approachable and build strong relationships with others.
- Demonstrate strong listening and clear verbal/written communication skills.
- Stay informed about current and new business initiatives, and provide feedback to your Business Manager.
- Possess persuasion and negotiation skills.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Act as the Aurora CRM lead within the team, ensuring CRM campaigns and priorities are clearly cascaded to Beauty Advisors.
- Support and coach the team in the effective day-to-day use of Aurora to build client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Share CRM best practices, ensuring consistent, accurate client data capture and follow-up.
- Monitor CRM engagement within the team and provide guidance for improvement.
- Use Aurora insights to support clienteling, event planning, and targeted customer outreach.

Visual Merchandising
- Present the counter in a polished manner to meet brand standards.
- Ensure the beauty room maintains a luxury standard while collaborating with the visual merchandising team to follow company guidelines.
- Keep the counter fully stocked, organising products by category and in correct shade sequence.
Requirements
Applicants for this position must demonstrate the following:
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (desired but not essential)
- Experience providing high-quality skincare treatments to clients
- A client-focused attitude, dedicated to delivering a luxury experience
- Polished, approachable, and friendly communication skills
- Commitment to achieving/exceeded KPIs
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team
