At boohooMAN, we don’t just react to trends, we create them. As a key disruptor in global menswear, we lead the conversation in streetwear with speed, confidence and creative energy. Our aim is to become the number one streetwear brand in the world, and our Buying team plays a central role in that ambition. As an Established Assistant Buyer, you’ll operate with increased responsibility, owning key product areas and driving strategy alongside the Buyer to deliver trend-led, commercial ranges.

YOUR TEAM

Our Buying team is agile, trend-focused and laser-sharp on commerciality. We collaborate across design, merchandising, and suppliers to deliver the right product, at the right price, at the right time. Over the past year, the team has expanded our global supply base, improved intake KPIs and helped deliver record-breaking sell-throughs on new categories.

YOUR ROLE

As an Established Assistant Buyer, you’ll lead critical areas of the buying process, from development and cost negotiation to trade actions and product delivery. You’ll manage your own category or sub-category spend and supplier relationships, taking accountability for its commercial performance.

You’ll work closely with design and garment techs to ensure the product is trend-relevant and fits are approved on time. You’ll also take a lead role in developing the BAA, passing down key responsibilities and coaching where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
