We’re hiring a motivated Assistant Buyer to join our vibrant Procurement team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This isn’t just business as usual. Alongside day-to-day procurement activity, you’ll play a key role in expanding our Materials Management Service across new areas of the Trust—helping modernise logistics and improve patient care delivery.

What you’ll be doing:
- Handling customer and supplier queries
- Gathering pricing information via phone and email
- Processing requisitions and data entry (full training provided)
- Tracking deliveries and progressing orders
- Supporting stock management across Trust sites
- Advising colleagues on procurement processes and systems
