Assistant Buyer – 3rd Party Brands (Label Home)
Working Pattern: Typically 3/4 days in office, with flexibly defined core hours between 8am–6pm.

What You’ll Do
We’re recruiting an Assistant Buyer from among hardworking, ambitious professionals who want to help fuel growth in the [Label Home - 3rd Party Brands] team.
Your role and the associated product categories (dependant on experience):
- Branded Gifting / Flowers & Seasonal
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard key third-party brands to ensure they deliver value through their range, design credibility, and extension of customer appeal.
- Curate and streamline the PIF process (product information flow) across all partnered brands—ensuring product descriptions, SEO, and imagery meet high standards.
- Oversee site representation and interface, ensuring all products are truthfully displayed online with link navigation, descriptions, and visuals that enhance conversions.
What We’re Looking For
We want a driven multitasker with a keen eye for fashion/lifestyle trends. Ideally, you are an experienced Assistant Buyer with:
- Fame-driven energy; comfortable thriving under pressure
- An eye for brand growth, able to develop share strategies and sales readiness
- Proficiency in working with external brands
- Excellent communication and collegiality—collaborating effectively to meet objectives
There will be chances on-site at partner firms, especially if onboarding particularly specialized product lines or optimizing processes. Meet large and small brands, ensuring an authentic, united approach.
