What’s on offer

  • Salary: £32,061 – £36,363 per annum
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part-time), or equivalent
  • Contract: Permanent with part-time options
  • Location: Grove House, Chorley, Lancashire

About the Role

We’re looking to recruit compassionate and enthusiastic individuals to support adults across Lancashire who require tailored help to live independently.

As part of our Adult Services, your work could include:

  • Safeguarding and ernding: Supporting individuals in their homes, residential settings, short break care, or while engaging within the community.
  • Personalised assistance: Helping develop new skills, offering companionship, or providing fundamental care—regardless of age, ability, or care needs.
  • Growth opportunities: Gain fulfilment through hands-on mentoring, certifications tailored to your growth, and structured training pathways.
