£30,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week
Monday- Friday variable hours between 7AM-7PM
Successful Candidate will be in the Kitchen 4 days per week.
As an Assistant Catering Manager in a healthcare setting, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our kitchen and supporting the delivery of exceptional food experiences. Here's What You Need To Know Before Applying
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising between the team and manager to ensure we continually exceed expectations
- Motivating the team to keep everyone on task
- Assisting the manager with managing inventories, monitoring budgets and implementing action plans
- Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role
- Assisting with paperwork when required

- Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Have experience managing teams
- Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
- Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
- Have a flexible approach to working
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be an ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
