Job Overview

An opportunity for an Assistant CDM Principal Designer to join a growing building safety team in East Central London. Working across commercial, hotel and mixed-sector projects, you will support CDM Principal Designer duties while developing your construction health and safety knowledge. The role is suited to someone with construction experience and an interest in building safety who is seeking long-term career progression within a collaborative environment.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Support CDM Principal Designer duties on projects
  • Assist with design risk reviews
  • Contribute to compliance activities and reporting
  • Attend stakeholder meetings and provide safety input
  • Support project documentation and deliverables

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 2+ years' construction experience
  • Knowledge of construction health and safety principles

  • Interest in a long-term CDM career
