Key Responsibilities
As Assistant Centre Manager, you’ll be essential to the daily operation of the centre, acting as a critical support to the Centre Manager and stepping in where needed. Your core duties include:
- Ensuring the centre runs safely and efficiently, managing facilities, contractors, and compliance.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, helping to build a vibrant entrepreneur community.
- Supporting financial processes, including invoicing, cost control, and contributing to commercial success.
- Assisting with marketing initiatives, events, and space promotion to ensure maximum occupancy.
- Maintaining high standards in building presentation, health and safety, and operational procedures.

What You’ll Bring

- Operational experience in a service-led or workspace environment.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence to engage with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage compliance, facilities, and finance effectively.
- A collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and enthusiasm are key—no formal qualifications are required for this hands-on role.
