Position: Assistant Chef Manager
Pay: £15.45 per hour
Hours: 35 per week
Location: Haddenham, HP17
Role Overview
Assistant Chef Manager required to work in a prestigious staff restaurant and training centre in Haddenham Business Park. Your role will be to help prepare and cook meals and cakes, working alongside the Chef Manager.
Shifts will be Monday to Friday, 7:15am – 2:45pm (including a half hour unpaid break). We do have some flexibility with the start and finish times for the right candidate and overtime may be required on some days.

Basic Duties include:
- Prepare, cook and serve a variety of dishes
- Team player who leads from the front
- High standard of food safety
- Helping to maintain a budget
- Maintaining company standards
- Work alongside the chef manager with developing menus
- Covering the chef manager in their absence
Uniform, free meals and excellent training opportunities are provided.
Skills:
- NVQ level 2 or above
