Role
We are currently looking for an Assistant Chief Butler to join our team of Supervisors at Rosewood London. Our Assistant Chief Butlers are appointed to assist our suites guests with enthusiasm, efficiency, and professionalism at all times and support the Butlers team.
Key Expectations of This Role
- Effectively prioritising tasks in an engaging, refined, and intuitive manner.
- Handling guest requests according to Rosewood London standards.
- Plan with the Butlers in advance for the arriving and departing guests’ suites, ensuring Special Attention Guests receive a memorable experience.
- Overseeing the butler team, coaching, and mentoring them on a regular basis.
- Possessing a thorough knowledge of the company philosophy, core values, responsibilities, daily activities of the day, and all about the hotel facilities.
- Be responsible for gathering preferences and information so the guests recognition are ensured for their next visits; keep a critical eye on room cleanliness and pantries and have a thorough knowledge on the functioning of room features, hotel facilities, and equipment.
- Overseeing our guest needs during their stay helping them with reservations, special requests, rooms, hotel orientation, bag packing and unpacking, laundry, shoe shine, etc.
