Description
Here at CFC, Assistant Claims Adjusters are at the core of our Claims function. Our assistants will have the opportunity to become subject matter experts on cyber claims and work closely with various internal stakeholders including our Underwriting, finance, IT, and products team from your first day in the department.
We are seeking a conscientious and hardworking professional that is looking for an opportunity in the Cyber space. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to start their career in a claims team with a view to becoming a claims adjuster. This opportunity offers you an excellent entry into the world of claims and provides invaluable training handling claims experience across various jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
This Assistant Claims Adjuster position will be involved in general claims administrative duties, supporting the wider team on an ongoing basis. This individual will also be responsible for:
- Proactively handle a caseload of Cyber claims under the supervision of members of the claims team in accordance with CFC Claims Handling Guidelines.
- Execute excellent administrative duties across various platforms.
- Identify and escalate claims-related issues to the Team Leader or relevant team member.
- Ensure CFC’s claims department continues to act as an effective TPA for its capacity providers in accordance to binding authority SLAs & claims handling agreements.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
This role will suit an individual who has a keen interest in claims and enjoys an ever-changing environment, prior insurance claim handling experience in the Lloyds market would be desirable but not required. As well as having excellent organisation skills, you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do. An interest in cyber would be preferable.
