Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Client Accountant with a background working on Commercial Assets, who is looking to gain wider experience working on a larger client portfolio and clear career progression. You will be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and reporting on all financial aspects of client property portfolios, including rent, service charges, and other operational costs.

Team Overview
This role sits with the Business Space Client Accounting team which consists of 36 members across several different teams and portfolios, and is a great opportunity within the property management industry, providing the ability to grow and get involved in our key commercial portfolios.
This role does not meet the salary criteria for skilled worker visa sponsorship (click link to check exemptions).
