Assistant Club Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

As Assistant Club Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

  • Focus on the rejuvenation of the restaurant & Six Senses Place F&B service experience, maintaining a positive & supportive relationship with the culinary and beverage team.
  • Continuously assess and review products and services to ensure they remain relevant, innovative, and aligned with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
  • Regularly review departmental performance through physical presence and ensure rigorous adherence to LQA (Listen, Question, Achieve) standards.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience service in the Club, effectively handling service recovery for guest complaints.
  • Inspect departments and guests’ orders regularly, ensuring any maintenance or product improvements are actioned within designated time frames.
  • Lead a team of engaged and experienced hosts to uphold Six Senses’ exceptional standards of service.
  • Maintain the relevance of Six Senses Place F&B amenities, menus, and wine lists in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.

Qualifications

To qualify for the Assistant Club Manager role, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus at least 3 years’ experience in a luxury food and beverage environment, with proven references.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Stay updated on latest trends in fitness and wellness.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are preferred).
  • Right to work in the UK required – sponsorship not available for this position.
