Are you passionate about the built environment and ready to broaden your experience on a varied and complex Estate? As Assistant Commercial Manager you will be a key contributor to the continuous improvement of our campus.

We are in an exciting period of development at Warwick, and we are looking for someone who can get stuck in and really drive and support some key refurbishment and new build projects. The role is within the finance team of the university’s Estates department, and one thing we can guarantee is it will involve exposure to many varied construction projects and working with a diverse and knowledgeable range of stakeholders and colleagues.

About You

You will have a degree or demonstrable relevant professional experience. In this role, you will support the Head of Commercial & Reporting and the Commercial Manager as part of the Commercial Team, helping to develop and deliver commercial management services for the Estates Capital Programme Team and Works Team. You will support the provision of cost management and contract administration services for internally resourced projects, including feasibility assessments, pre-construction activities, and construction phase cost management.
