Client Description

Job Description

As the Assistant Commercial Manager, you will oversee the management and administration of commercial contracts from the initial bid process through the tender stage to the close-out of projects. This role is crucial in ensuring adherence to company governance and specific contract requirements throughout the lifecycle of each project.

  • CRM Management: Collaborate with project managers and commercial leads to maintain the CRM system, liaising with clients to update on tender progress and advancing opportunities through the pipeline.
  • CRM Insights: Analyze CRM-generated data to enhance tender conversion rates, working closely with senior project managers to identify optimal tendering opportunities.
  • Pipeline Modelling: Develop and implement sales strategies based on CRM data, manage resource utilization forecasting, and identify potential revenue opportunities.
  • Bid Management: Act as a central point for solution sourcing and presentation, assisting in opportunity pricing and tender documentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all sales and commercial processes meet the company's quality standards and represent the division during internal audits.
  • Internal Reporting: Participate in internal financial meetings, contributing to discussions on profit and loss and cash flow.
  • Marketing and Administration: Drive marketing initiatives and perform general commercial or project administrative duties.
  • Project Control: Support project managers in meeting contractual requirements related to invoicing and cost control.
