Assistant Company Secretary - 12 month FTC
We are partnering with a global renewable company looking for a Assistant Company Secretary.
The Role
You will support the delivery of core company secretarial, corporate governance, and compliance services across a complex, multinational group structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provision of company secretarial services including board/shareholder documentation, minutes, and statutory accounts
- Corporate governance, compliance, statutory record maintenance, and corporate filings
- Supporting corporate restructuring activities including liquidations, strike-offs, and reorganisations
- Assisting on ad-hoc projects including acquisitions, constitutional document reviews, and group restructuring
- Adherence to HSE policies and ethical compliance standards

What You'll Need

- 6+ years PQE
- Law degree, Masters, Diploma
- Part or fully qualified ICSA/CGI (or equivalent) - desirable
- Previous company secretarial experience
- Strong communication skills
