New Role within FTSE 100 Secretariat
This is a newly created role working within the Secretariat of a FTSE 100. The team are led by a super talented Company Secretary who will inspire and lead from the front. The role will encompass all PLC work from working on the annual report, preparing for the AGM, RNS announcements, subsidiary work as well as ongoing project work.

- CGI qualified
- Relevant PLC experience
- Ability to commute to the Luton area
- Consideration for CGI qualified candidates with transferable experience from working in a different sector (FS, Insurance, Prof Services)
