About the Role

As an Assistant Conveyancer, you will work as part of a team to provide comprehensive support and advice on a range of specialised Residential Property matters. You will be able to:

  • Support a range of property transactions
  • Deliver high standards of client care and a first-class customer experience
  • Work commercially, reflected in your case management and outcomes
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Achieve and deliver key outcomes for the client and the firm

Qualifications

Proven experience of supporting and/or managing a residential conveyancing caseload.


Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process, including sale transactions from start to finish, exchange and completions, searches, and reports
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Experience of working collaboratively as a team is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties
  • Ability to work collaboratively, support team members, and share knowledge
  • Comfortable using case management systems and digital processes
