At Little Harvard, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Crèche Manager to support the day-to-day running of our vibrant early years centres in Swords. If you're a natural leader with a passion for high-quality childcare and a talent for team support, this is your moment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Centre Manager in delivering exceptional care and education.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of passionate educators.
- Ensuring compliance with Tusla, ECCE, and all regulatory requirements.
- Building strong relationships with families and supporting a warm, welcoming environment.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, rosters, audits, and curriculum planning.
- Stepping into leadership when needed with confidence and care.

What We’re Looking For
- A minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 7+ is a bonus!).
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior educator role.
- Strong knowledge of Aistear, Síolta, and best practice in early years education.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- A calm, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a busy environment.
