Assistant Creche Manager | Kilcock
Full-Time Position
Little Harvard Kilcock is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to support the Centre Manager and help run our early years centre.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Centre Manager in daily operations
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team
- Ensure compliance with Tusla, ECCE, and other regulations
- Build strong relationships with families
- Assist with administration, rosters, audits, and curriculum planning
- Step into leadership when needed

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 7+ a bonus)
- Leadership or senior educator experience
- Knowledge of Aistear, Síolta, and best practice in early years education
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
- Calm, proactive, and confident in a busy environment
