Salary: up to £30,000 plus bonus potential
Job Type: Full Time any 5 days over 7 including evenings and weekends | Permanent Contract

Powerleague is looking for an ambitious Assistant Manager to help drive on our industry-leading venues to new heights, as well as support the development and introduction with our brand new padel courts, due to be in production soon!

🚀 What You'll Be Doing as an Assistant Manager:
- Supporting the Club Manager in delivering excellent daily operations and team performance
- Help drive sales, events and programs to hit club targets
- Take the lead on shift management, ensuring a smooth and safe customer experience.
- Train, coach and motivate the team - you’ll be key part of our leadership pipeline.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and facility management.
- Build local community relationships and promote league growth and repeat business.

🧠 What You Bring to the Squad:
- Experience in team leadership within a sport, leisure, hospitality or retail environment
- Ability to multi-task in a busy, hands-on environment
- You’re customer-obsessed — you understand that every touchpoint matters.
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude, solution-focused mindset, and a desire to grow into club leadership
