Hiring: Assistant Design Manager, UK Grid Connections
Star Delta Power is hiring an Assistant Design Manager to join our growing design team, working alongside Ryan Smith MSc CEng, Director of Star Delta Power and currently Head of Design at TMS Grid, on a portfolio of UK grid connection projects.
The role is the operational backbone of how design gets delivered. Writing and chasing TQs, managing trackers and registers, reviewing drawings returned by external design houses, and making sure nothing stalls between client and design house. You'll be the person clients, owner's engineers, and external designers come to first, with the autonomy to close items in your own name and grow into running your own projects as you prove yourself.
