Only About Children Seaforth - Assistant Director

About The Role

As Assistant Director, you'll be the right-hand support to our Campus Director and Educational Leader - working together to create a positive, nurturing, and high-performing environment for children, families, and educators alike.

You'll Take The Lead In

  • Supporting and mentoring educators to grow and succeed
  • Ensuring every child's day is safe, engaging, and full of learning
  • Building warm, trusted relationships with families
  • Embedding best practice in line with the NQF and The OAC Way
  • Inspiring a culture of collaboration, creativity, and care

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher)
  • 2–3+ years of leadership experience in an early learning setting
  • Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF & CSS
  • A supportive and proactive leadership style
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
  • A full-time, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for what you do!
