Job Summary
You will oversee the end-to-end management of major construction and renovation projects, including:
- Land, attractions, resorts, walkways, waterways
- Back-of-house support buildings
- Parking structures and new facilities
Key responsibilities include planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, design, construction, fabrication, delivery, and commissioning—all while ensuring projects open on time, within budget, to quality standards, and aligned with creative and guest experience goals.

**Construction, Fabrication & Implementation
- Coordinate design decisions and construction documents to avoid contract disputes and minimise change orders.
- "Hands-on" management of field operations, ensuring reliable, safe, and high-quality execution.
- Implement efficient document control, dispute resolution, and interface management across project teams.
- Review scope of work and design for all attractions, facilities, and themed environments.
**Budget & Scheduling
- Monitor project budgets and schedules against approved objectives for new builds, renovations, and enhancements.
- Ensure projects meet development criteria for completeness and accuracy.
**Creative & Design Leadership
- Qualify, procure, and manage architectural/engineering consultants for facility design.
- Align creative intent with budget, schedule, and original concept objectives.
**Team Management
- Hire, develop, and oversee project teams (architects, engineers, estimators, schedulers, etc.)—teams vary in size (3–15+ external consultants).
- Foster team growth and performance to deliver on-time project openings.
**Project Reporting & Compliance
- Track and report budget, schedule, and progress to senior leadership.
- Maintain detailed documentation for compliance and project closure.
- Comply with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies, training, and team initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in:
- Engineering
- Architecture
- Construction Management (Equivalent experience may be considered)
- Professional license preferred (Architecture or Engineering).
- Years of experience in facility maintenance, design, or construction supervision, with expertise in:
- Attraction/park facility maintenance
- Safety inspections
- Project execution under tight deadlines
- Proven track record in multidisciplinary team leadership, managing both internal staff and external consultants.
- Business acumen for budget control, schedule optimisation, and risk mitigation.
