As an Assistant Educator at N Family, you’ll support your team in creating an inspirational environment that delivers the best care and education, guiding every child to dream big, think independently, and explore the world with confidence. In our fast-paced, ever-evolving nursery, you’ll learn from experienced educators, understand the different needs of all the children in your care, and help bring our N Curriculum to life as you grow and develop in your role.
Responsibilities
- Deliver our ‘learning through play’ ethos and our N Curriculum with care and flair
- Follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes
- Support the planning of innovative, challenging learning experiences that encourage child development
- Support with high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children
- Help supervise mealtimes in line with N’s safety policies
- Complete daily health & safety checks thoroughly, escalating concerns where needed
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents
- Embed all policies and procedures into your daily practice
- Ensure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day
- Help with day-to-day tasks that keep the nursery running smoothly

Requirements
- No previous experience in a similar role required – just a genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children!
- The drive to complete your full induction and take up opportunities for further training and development, including:
- Paediatric First Aid
- Safeguarding and Child Protection
- Opportunity to gain a Level 2/Level 3 Early Years qualification
