Assistant Engineering Manager – Defence (Server or Hampshire | Hybrid – 3 days onsite) 🔹 Salary: Up to £50,000 ⚠️ Security Clearance: UK Security Clearance required
About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists to serve as an Assistant Engineering Manager, supporting the delivery of complex engineering projects within a highly regulated environment.
You will collaborate closely with technical leaders, coordinating engineering activities to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of engineering activities
- Coordinate technical tasks across multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Contribute to design reviews and uphold engineering governance
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You
- Experience in Systems, Software, or a similar engineering discipline
- Knowledge of engineering lifecycle and governance processes
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in dynamic technical environments
- Preferable: Relevant Engineering or STEM qualification
