Background:

The Honourable Artillery Company was chartered by Henry VIII in 1537 for the “greater defence of the Realm”. It is a membership charity of 2500 members of whom some 400 are active in the Army Reserve, in a Regiment of the same name.

Its impressive headquarters are located on City Road in EC1. The HAC generates revenue to deliver its charitable objectives through events at the venue. We host a variety of events from weddings and receptions to awards ceremonies and Christmas parties. Our clients include Premiership rugby and football teams, media, charities and city-based firms.

The venue offers a unique portfolio of spaces for hire, including the contemporary Prince Consort Rooms, ideal for conferences for up to 350 delegates or receptions for 700 guests, to the striking surroundings of the 18th century manor house for up to 250 guests and our jewel in the crown, the spectacular 5 acre private Artillery Garden which is available for sporting and corporate events for up to 5,000 visitors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
