Role & Responsibilities

  • Work closely and support the Head of Finance to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
  • Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of our pay-in and pay-out transactions.
  • Bill matching and handling payment invoices with clients and third parties.
  • Prepare and review periodic financial reports, analysing a range of data.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with new and existing partners to resolve any cost of sales related queries raised.

Requirements

  • 3 years’ relevant experience in Accounting/Finance.
  • Highly organised, able to work independently and with the team.
  • Self-motivation, strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to details and a focus on quality with a willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
  • With working or living experience overseas is a plus.
  • Fluent communication, both written and spoken in English.
