Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
The post will report directly to the Head of Finance and tasks may include:
- Processing accounts payable into the accounting system.
- Cash control, including bank payments and reconciliations.
- Management of the expenses platform.
- Preparation of payroll and employment taxes, including reconciliation of balances.
- Support the preparation of some audit deliverables.
- Preparation of sales invoices for some group companies.
These duties are not exhaustive, and this role would be expected to complete other duties in line with their level of responsibility.

Essential Skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.

- Comfortable working independently.
Desirable Skills
- Experience of payroll.
- Experience of accounts payable.

- Team player, able to manage their own role within the Finance Function.
- Able to work with integrity and to maintain high levels of confidentiality.

- Strong communication skills.
