We’re looking for an Assistant Financial Officer. Based at our Paddington HQ
Based at our Paddington site working as part of the Group Finance team to ensure that accounting and reporting finance processes are carried out in timely, accurate and efficient manner.
What You’ll Do
- Work with relevant Commercial Contract Manager to understand the delivery and invoice timing of external enrichment sales
- Raise external invoices, supporting with finance processes e.g. IA23, FX Analysis, ETC accounting
- Review controls surrounding revenue processes and intercompany transactions
- Support half year and year end finance processes
- Create monthly BPC cost centre and functional head count reports, supporting management analysing their actual to budget and LE cost reports
What do you need to thrive in this role?
- Financial Accounting or Business-related degree
- Broad financial accounting experience
- SAP knowledge (preferred)
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Passion for the discipline and your own career
