Key Responsibilities
The Assistant F&B Manager will:
- Maintain a consistently high standard of supervision.
- Ensure all customers enjoy their Food & Beverage (F&B) experience through professional service delivery across all outlets.
- Develop and launch new F&B concepts (e.g., evolutions in the Club Lounge).
- Deliver exceptional service, courtesy, and comfort to guests.
- Expand customer loyalty and enhance experiences in all outlets and banqueting departments.
- Oversee F&B Profit & Loss and conversion rates.
- Monitor and adjust hospitality staffing levels based on business trends to ensure optimum manning.
